History
The DOLE property is a four-storey building with 8,000 sqm of gross leasable area, occupied by over 60 tenants. Located 8 km from the city centre on the Daugavpils Highway, it connects Riga to the Belarusian border, passing through Salaspils and Ogre. The DOLE building offers convenient transport connections to other Riga districts. Established as Latvia's first Western-style shopping centre in 1997, it originally opened as a department store in 1987. The centre was reconstructed in 2004, and in 2022, further renovations began on the second floor. Recent upgrades include a 1,000 sqm medical centre with family doctors, specialists, and diagnostic services.
