Hili Properties plc, the majority shareholder of the MIRO office property in Romania, has secured new leases with prominent tenants Biocodex, Soler & Palau, and Symmetrica, in
collaboration with the property co-owner SPEEDWELL. With a combined space of 1,240 square meters, these leases have propelled MIRO’s occupancy to more than 90%.
Biocodex, a leading French pharmaceutical company, Soler & Palau, a global ventilation systems manufacturer and distributor, and Symmetrica, a key player in Romania’s paving market, have chosen MIRO for their office spaces, a move that reaffirms the building’s appeal as a preferred location for companies seeking quality office spaces.
Situated in the northern area of Bucharest, MIRO boasts a total leasable area of 23,000 square meters. The building is WELL V2 PLATINUM and BREEAM Excellent certified.
George Kakouras, Managing Director of Hili Properties, expressed satisfaction with MIRO’s success in securing a diverse and international tenant mix. “The strategic focus on
sustainability and providing a unique workplace experience is proving successful as we approach full occupancy.”
Only 1,600 square meters remain available for rent on the fourth floor of the building. MIRO’s existing tenants include KPMG Romania, ROVERE MOBILI, CEGEKA, EATON, COS (Corporate Office Solutions), MASIA, NEOCLINIQUE, MITZU, STRADALE, DOCTOR SKIN, HISKY and JURA.
