Hili Ventures Ltd. launched a voluntary public offer for the remaining share capital of its real estate subsidiary Hili Properties p.l.c. on February 21, 2025.
At this date, Hili Ventures Ltd. held 74.83% of the issued share capital of Hili Properties p.l.c., the publicly-listed company which owns and manages strategic commercial real estate for lease in several European countries, including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania.
The Offer Document stipulated the conditions of the trade and further details for interested parties, and remains available on this page.
The acceptance period has now closed as of 12:00 hours (CET) on March 25, 2025.
