Portfelį sudaro biurų pastatai ir patalpos, prekybos centrai su maisto prekių parduotuvėmis, sveikatos priežiūros įstaigos ir “McDonald’s” restoranai svarbiausiuose komerciniuose rajonuose.
“Hili Properties” siekia rasti ir plėtoti nekilnojamojo turto galimybes, jį atnaujinant ar pertvarkant pagal išskirtinius standartus. Įmonė bendradarbiauja su patikimais specialistais, kad sukurtų itin pageidaujamus verslo adresus. Dabartinė portfelio vertė siekia 229 mln. eurų.
