Hili Properties plc announce the issue of €37 million in unsecured bonds with a coupon of 4.5% redeemable in 2025, in September 2015. The bonds have a nominal value of a €100 per bond issued at par. The bond issue is guaranteed by Harbour (APM) Investments Limited and Hili Estates Limited.
